I’m opening this bistro-style wine bar because our times have changed – and with them, the way we enjoy life.
It used to be the classic restaurant visit. But now, I keep hearing the same things: too expensive, too stiff, often disappointing – whether in service or quality.

So I thought: Why not create a place where none of that matters?
A place where people come together simply to have a good time.

At DALÍ, you don’t need a big menu to be happy. Two glasses of excellent wine, a few fine tapas – that’s enough for two hours of laughter, conversation, and comfort.
It’s not about etiquette, but about atmosphere.

There’s also a wide selection of spritz drinks and cocktails – from mezcal-based Palomas to signature mixes with rosé and fruit.

Our cheeses and cold cuts come almost exclusively from small Greek producers and from Germany’s finest affineur, Waltmann.

Everything on your plate has a reason – and that’s what makes the difference.
And of course, everything is meant to be shared with friends.
